Note: Don’t forget to type “Code” followed by your unique Carista activation code in the "Describe the Problem" field (refer to Step 5).

Start by downloading the Carista App from the following:

Step 2: Log In

Open the Carista App and create an account or log in if you already have one.

Step 3: Open Settings

Tap on the "Settings" icon in the navigation bar.

Step 4: Report a Problem

Find the "Report a Problem" option and tap on it.

Step 5: Enter Your Activation Code

In the "Describe the problem" field, type in “Code” followed by your unique Carista activation code.

Step 6: Wait for Confirmation

Your Carista App Pro access will be activated within 24 hours. You'll receive an email confirming your activation.
